Muscadines  are  one the varies of  grapes.  It is native of eastern North America, from Delaware south throughout Florida and west to Kansas and Mexico. .Muscadine berries range from bronze to dark purple to black in color when ripe .However, many wild varieties stay green through maturity.

 Soil: Muscadine grapes grow well on a wide range of soils but best results are obtained from well-drained sandy loams with a pH of 5.5 to 6.5. They do not tolerate low, wet ground
